Amos Haggett, the Vice President of Business Development at CentreCore Group Inc., is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the shopping center industry. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in client care, employee management, and facility operations.

Amos began his career in 1981 in Shopping Center Operations, where he oversaw the day-to-day management of the shopping center. He was responsible for negotiating and supervising service contracts, managing building operators, and preparing annual operating budgets. Additionally, he was instrumental in forecasting major long-term capital projects.

In 2010, Amos transitioned into property management and successfully managed a diverse portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of retail and office space. In 2015, he decided to leverage his extensive experience and knowledge by starting his own company. His contribution to CentreCore and its clients is immeasurable, and they greatly benefit from his expertise in facility management and operations.

Brian Neufeld is the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at CentreCore Group Inc. With over 30 years of experience in employee development, human resource forecasting, strategic planning, and team building, he is an expert in his field.

In 2000, Brian ventured into the food industry and successfully created a thriving business by utilizing his past experience and skills.

In 2009, he expanded his portfolio by establishing a service-oriented company that provides commercial janitorial and landscaping services. His meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment to success, and strategic planning have contributed to the success of this venture.

In 2015, Brian founded a company that empowers all employees to not only achieve but exceed their career goals. He ensures that CentreCore’s systems and procedures maintain financial control and operate efficiently.

When not working, Brian indulges in his passion for travel and the thrill of exploring new countries and cultures.

Kyle Kaps is the Regional Manager Business Development at CentreCore Group Inc. With seven years of experience in the facility maintenance industry, specializing in landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial, and twelve years of management experience, Kyle possesses a deep understanding of the industry. Prior to this role, he served as the Shop Operations Manager and Account Manager at a major shopping center.

Recently, Kyle completed his Business Diploma with a specialization in Management at NAIT. In addition to his academic achievements, he holds certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, Skid Steer Loader operation, Asbestos Awareness, and Industrial Pesticide Application.

When not working or attending school, Kyle enjoys playing competitive ball hockey, traveling, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Andy Wells is one of our Operations Managers at CentreCore Group Inc. With over ten years of management experience and extensive safety training, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Andy has worked in the hospitality industry for over nine years and the sports and entertainment industry for over five years. He is also a published freelance sports writer with dozens of articles to his name.

Andy holds certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, Hazard Identification, Assessment, and Controls Seminar, Health and Safety Leadership for Managers, Health and Safety Program Building, Auditor Training Seminar, and Alberta Health and Safety Committees and Representatives. He has also completed Worksite Health and Safety Committees/Representatives Training.

When not working, Andy enjoys playing, watching, and discussing sports. He holds a diploma in Broadcast Journalism.

Jason Haggett is one of our Operations Managers at CentreCore Group Inc. With over 20 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and service and over 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. He has a solid understanding of the facility maintenance industry, specializing in HVAC Sales and Service. Jason is committed to maintaining first-class properties and ensuring that all aspects of property operations are running smoothly.

Jason holds certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, Fall Protection, Basic Refrigeration from NAIT, and 5th Class Power Engineering.

When not at work, Jason enjoys camping, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his family.

Dave Moreau holds the position of Operations Supervisor with At CentreCore Group Inc. With a career spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry, including five years as an Assistant Manager, Dave has amassed a wealth of experience in training and mentoring individuals while working at hotels and resorts. In addition to his hospitality background, Dave also brings previous experience in landscaping and computer technology to his role.

He holds a post-secondary education degree in Computer Sciences and is fluent in two languages.

During his free time, Dave enjoys biking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Tony Rowsell is our Maintenance Supervisor at CentreCore Group Inc., responsible for overseeing all equipment and vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as managing our shop facility and its resources. With over 12 years of experience in the property maintenance industry, Tony has developed a deep understanding of the importance of timely and efficient maintenance and repair operations.

Tony holds certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, and Aerial Lifts & Arial Platforms, making him well-equipped to handle the challenges of his role.

When not at work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He likes to unwind from the fast-paced city routine by going fishing or hunting.

With over 20 years of experience in facility management, including recruiting and staffing, supplies/inventory management, and customer service, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

In addition to his professional experience, Michael has obtained various certifications and diplomas, including First Aid, WHMIS, a Food Protection Management Certificate, an Environmental Health & Safety Diploma, and a Drafting Diploma.

Coral Mackey is one of our Account Manager at CentreCore Group Inc. She is responsible for handling supply orders, monitoring inventory, managing employee records, generating monthly A/R reports, and overseeing general office operations. Coral is also contributing to CentreCore’s business development in multiple areas.

With over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, Coral has spent the past two decades working in and around the airline industry. She takes pride in her ability to interact with clients and people in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.

Coral has received training and certifications in WHMIS, leadership and management, bookkeeping, and accounting.

During her leisure time, Coral enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling to new destinations. She cherishes creating new memories with her loved ones.

Bonnie Schram is an experienced Account Supervisor at CentreCore Group Inc. Bonnie brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the janitorial services industry, with a specialization in shopping centers. Over the past 30 years, Bonnie has worked in shopping centers across western Canada, gaining a breadth of experience in all aspects of cleaning.

In terms of her qualifications, Bonnie is trained in First Aid and holds a certification in WHMIS.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and indulging her passion for baking. She loves making cupcakes, cookies, and other delicious treats to share with her team at the mall.
